Your responsibilities:
  • Configure Workday application functionality to meet agreed business requirements within areas of specialism. This could encompass numerous Workday modules (HCM, Security, Roles & Authorisations, Comp & Benefits, Onboarding, Reporting, Recruiting & Time and Attendance).
  • Provide Technical Level 3 Support on numerous HR Systems outside of Workday, liaising with vendors where necessary.
  • Providing Level 3 Technical Support to HR Business Users/Workstream Leads of HR applications within the role’s scope.
  • Guiding and developing the HR Functional team in all aspects of Workday with the focus on translating technical terms into Functional/HR terminology.
  • Providing alternative solutions and challenge Change Requests presented by the HR business.
  • Provide Level 3 Technical support on numerous HR Systems outside of Workday, when needed.

Requirements for the role:
  • Workday Configuration Development – Must Have
  • Be a subject matter expert as an IT Functional Specialist in Workday. Minimum of two Workday modules & 5+ years’ experience.
  • Excellent business analysis skills in a highly regulated industry e.g., chemical, manufacturing, or pharmaceutical
  • Experienced HR Technology professional who has worked on multiple HR technology rollouts with detailed technical knowledge across the specified workstream. Able to support multiple HR Systems, not just Workday.
  • Production Support - Workday L3 Technical Support
  • Plan, prepare and execute systems, integrations, and other staged testing, required to confirm readiness of developed changes for release to live production environments.
