Job Summary
You’ll ensure the operational health of the platform covering all aspects of Service, Risk, Cost and People to ensure availability for business use to agreed service level agreements.
What you’ll do
- Work in a DevOps team performing operational and project activities within Network Services India - Manage supplier teams, Perm resources to deliver outcomes and goal - Responsible for the platform risk culture, making sure that risks are discussed and understood at every step and that the teams effectively collaborate to mitigate risk, and that risks are clearly planned, articulated and reported - Create a great place to work with a culture of learning and continuous improvement, through great people leadership, coaching, engagement and development of skills - Improve team and customer performance by actively supporting and enabling the adoption of new Ways of Working, Determined to Lead and Core Service Behaviours tools and techniques - Actively support the plans to improve engagement within the unit or function, such as communication, employee wellbeing, corporate and social responsibility

What we’re looking for
You’ll also need: - Experience of Cisco Routing and Switching, Voice Infrastructure, Mobile communications in enterprise environments - An understanding of LAN and WAN technologies - The ability to troubleshoot complex problems and deliver project tasks - Asset Management, Advanced MI skills, Excellent presentation skills - To be a very capable communicator with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to your peers and management level colleagues - A solid background working in an Agile or DevOps environment with continuous delivery and continuous integration - Knowledge of development methodology - Good knowledge of operational principles
