Job Responsibilities- Planning event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
- Coming up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success.
- Preparing budgets and ensuring adherence.
- Understand requirements and details of each event.
- Plan and organize events with attention to financial and time constraints.
- Book venues and schedule speakers.
- Meet with clients and coordinate with them regularly.
- Look for and compare different vendors ( Catering, decorators, sound, tents etc )
- Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms.
- Evaluate personnel and provide reports.
- Manage all events operations ( preparing venue, invitations, food, medals, trophies etc )
- Track the overall event expenses regularly.
Experience In Production Line Is Also Required.
- Excellent organization skills.
- The ability to carry out a number of tasks at the same time.
- Good communication and people skills.
- A creative approach to problem-solving.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good negotiation, sales and marketing skills.
Minimum graduation required.
