仕事内容

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing field officer profiles, through various channels.
  • Database management of shortlisted candidates.
  • Coordinate with Central HR team for documentations follow-up and Offer Letter of the candidates.
  • Joining follow-up with the candidates till the date of joining.

Requirements:

  • MBA in HR, with minimum one year of experience in Field Recruitment will be preferred.
  • Candidates who are MBA Freshers or Post Graduation in any stream can also apply.
  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken (English, Hindi & local language)
  • Open to travel in rural interiors, roughly 8 - 10 days in a month.
