Looking for Senior Functional Consultant for Talent and Leaning Management.

The role requires a person who can drive the workshops during the project life cycle including discovery and CRP.

It is required to understand customer needs, suggest to them best practices in the industry.

Design and implement complex solutions around below modules (at least three, Payroll is must)

1. Talent Management (Goal Management, Performance Management, Profile Management)

2. Oracle Learning Management

3. Oracle cloud Recruitment

4. Onboarding

Candidate must have implemented at least two end to end implementation as a primary functional consultant.

Candidates must have a minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience.

Candidate must have working knowledge of project management tools like JIRA, ServiceNow etc.

Candidate must be able to design security and roles for the users of above modules.

Candidate should be able to prepare and present solutions to the customer for the requirements.

Candidate must have good communication skills.

Candidate should be willing to travel within and outside India.
