Job Description:

Wisely Member Services is a brand new team launched in Jan’24. The role involves having the opportunity to be a part of the first year of operations, that will serve our Wisely Members (cardholders) with their questions pertaining to their Paycard transactions. It is a chance to establish standards of excellence that will help significantly improve the Member experience.

  • Service oriented: recognize individual customer service needs and provide resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and finds it easy to have a conversation.
  • Willing to learn new things and upskill as the role demands.
  • Challenge the status quo and suggest process improvement ideas.

Required Skills and Competence

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in handling Inbound calls and chats from North American clients/employees.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to organize, prioritize & manage work tasks and follow up on time.
  • Ability to cooperate with others in the team to reach the common goals.

Shift Timings

Willingness to work in rotational night shifts and eventually 24/7.
