Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Supervisor. The Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day operations management, inventory management, ensuring customer satisfaction, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Supervisory skills and experience in leading a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in operations management and inventory management
  • Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Prior experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technologies, including Microsoft Excel, inventory management systems, and ERP systems
  • Understanding of environmental regulations and practices is a plus
