Roles and Reponsibilities:

  • Work with the state leads in detailed Annual Operating Procedure(AOP) creation and driving the margins.
  • Support and partner with the business teams in business modeling, P&L forecasts.
  • Help category lead identify new vendors for the Supply
  • Take care of Inventory Management, handle the fulfillment center supply
  • Solve for short and long term supply availability issues
  • Work with category leads on Inventory Optimization initiatives
  • Coordinate with Central/Demand/Finance team for Category asks
  • Propose and lead long term sustainable business initiatives

Ideal Candidate :

  • Candidates with a minimum 2-5 years post, CA in B2B, D2C startups preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Excellent networking & relationship management skills.
  • Business & financial acumen, ability to strategize.
