JOB PURPOSE

This role is integral to the Business Operations and Strategy function is responsible to support
  • In-depth analysis and business planning
  • Monitoring budgets, monthly targets, revenue, and cost analysis
  • Tracking business KPI’s/trackers and interpret sales/financial data to aid business decisions
  • Managing systems effectively to improve efficiency, induce measures for cost saving, productivity & growth indicators improvement
The role will work across departments to align teams, set goals, work on various initiatives, and help to improve operational processes — thereby supporting the organization to run efficiently and effectively.

Principal Accountabilities
  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management
  • Creating and maintaining sales forecasting models and date
  • Tracking and analysing key performing products, sales pipelines
  • Individual Performance analysis – product wise vs budgets/forecasts
  • Implementation of process flow and project tracking with best optimization of resources & tools
  • Reporting, Metrics, and KPIs
    • Reporting:Author, manage, and deliver executive level reporting, including weekly, monthly, quarterly status reports to monitor busines, manage risks and issues
    • Metrics: Lead creation, identification, and insights of metrics to improve business performance and drive business actions
    • KPIs: Develop and track key KPIs across the team to track strategic goals, milestones and accomplishments
Knowledge
  • Work experience of 2-3 years in a business/sales operations/financial analyst role in a multi segment or product organization
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience (prior usage and implementation)
  • Advanced technical skills and excellent documentation skills
  • Proven track record of leading and supporting successful projects
  • Self-Starter & Self Motivated with excellent communication, planning, analytical, organisational, networking and time management skills
  • Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA from a reputed institution
Skills
  • Excellent excel/BI skills for analysing information and putting in structured format
  • Proficiency in creating reports and managing dashboards
  • Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning
  • Quick learner of new systems to support business processes/implementation
  • Assertive and execution focused/ results driven individual
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently to manage priorities and responsibilities
  • Organised and able to work to deadlines and roadmaps
