People Management -Making sure the work load is taken care ofMaking sure BAU works are not getting Impacted on any attrition or Long LeavesTaking up things with Concerned team , if the escalation done by team is not given importanceCo Ordinating with Multiple stake holders on solving real time issues on daily Level ( Inwards, catalogue, Tech, Transporter, Brand and Cat team)E.Tech & Projects-Co Ordinating with Product team, on projects and Developments required in the tool in order to bring goodness to the productivityBringing Onboard Other BU POCs and leading the training and KTCo Ordinating on the same on adoptionFollowing up/ Co Ordinating with Product team If there is any Glitch or im[provemnet we can look at basis the FeedbackQualifications & ExperienceGraduate from NIFT or other reputed institution5-6 Years of relevant experience in Apparel buying / planning / merchandisingWillingness to learn, innovate, take initiativesExpertise in working on ExcelCustomer centric, creative & analytical problem-solving mindsetAbility to work as part of a team & collaborate with others while demonstrating leadership skillsShould be good at multitasking & critical thinking
