An overview of the position

The Talent Team is responsible for nurturing campus relationships, sourcing, screening, recruitment, selection, learning & development, and onboarding of junior talent into Wiley - mthree’s client base in the financial services and commercial sectors.

Specialist – Talent Acquisition & Campus Relations is an essential part of the Talent team and is responsible for all the processes within the department and partnered campuses.

How you will make an impact:

  • Responsible for entry-level Talent Acquisition at college campuses in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana for Wiley’s global clients.
  • Profile and identify suitable universities and colleges for recruiting talent for our global clients
  • Determine the talent needs and produce forecasts
  • Develop efficient talent acquisition strategies and plans
  • Reinforce employment branding on campuses
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (eligibility screening, written tests, interviews, etc.)
  • Ensure positive candidate experience
  • Organize career events and college-level activities to identify top talent
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
  • Source, screen and evaluate candidates for our clients – through conventional campus hiring and other unconventional means
  • Create effective talent screening processes aligned to different job roles – both technical and behavioral.
  • Use data-driven metrics to continuously optimize recruitment.
  • Deliver and exceed targets
  • Record all relevant activity on Salesforce

We are looking for people who:

  • 6+ years proven talent acquisition experience
  • Deep understanding of campus recruitment processes, placement trends, assessment tools, and industry best practices
  • Strong university/college network, especially with Management and Placement Cells
  • Excellent MS Office Skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to analyze and report on data
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Driven to succeed and motivated by a target driven environment
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Able to multi-task and juggle competing priorities
  • Experience using CRM software (Salesforce preferably)
