Position: - Regional Marketing Coordinator

Job Purpose

Responsible for supporting Regional led Marketing activities and acts as an interface between the vendors and the Regional marketing team.

Roles And Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end Vendor Management, Negotiation for retail marketing elements / activity, Retail Audit & MIS.
  • Monitors budgets (RM|CDF) by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Validate Regional POSM allocation as per HO guidelines and allocate the job accordingly to the vendor.
  • Keep track on forecast vs spend, provision and location wise work allocated to the vendor
  • Complete run-down of compliance checklists during PR to PO transformation & fast execution.
  • Coordination with AMM | Marketing Executive | Vendor | Agency on the Marketing collateral execution and update the same with the central team as per define timeline
  • Prepares marketing spends reports and other activity reports |execution reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing the RM Budget |CDF | AMM & Vendor reports.
  • Invoice and execution validation | AP Payment follow up and clearance.
  • Audit activities for Agencies/Suppliers (merchandizing execution, in shop and on shop fixture execution & quality check)- minimum 15% of monthly execution.
  • Market |POS | Vendor Point visit and quarterly vendor evaluation and quality checks.
  • Cross-functional coordination with Internal and external stakeholder as per the requirements.
