Role Description

This is a full-time Marketing Manager role, on-site in Karnal. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement for Cafeena Hospitality Pvt Ltd. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective marketing campaigns that align with the overall business goals and objectives.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, including digital marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing
  • Experience in market research, data analysis, and reporting
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, or Salesforce
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is a plus
