Role Description
*Candidates with prior hotel Sales experience can only apply* ..This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager located in Karnal. The Sales Marketing Manager will develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for the organization. They will conduct research to identify target audiences and evaluate current market trends. Additionally, they will oversee the creation of promotional materials and branding initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns. The Sales Marketing Manager will also manage the sales team and set sales targets to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or both
- Experience in budget management and forecasting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
