Job Description:-

Engineer Design Detailing (Mechanical) Skids Asangoan

Job Purpose Developing, testing and evaluating theoretical designs, discuss with manufacturing team about problems occurred at the time of manufacturing. Making sure a product can be made reliably and will perform consistently in specified operating environments like Understand the issues at the time of installation or preventive maintenance.

It is the senior role and would require interaction with customers, senior management and foreign team members/customers.

Job Descriptions

  • Review of GA, piping structural MTO
  • Review of weldment and As-built drawing for the systems.
  • Implementing system requirements in drawing for piping spool, fabrication for theskids.
  • Preparation of bill of material.
  • Preparation of Mechanical Data sheet for Valves
  • Checking and reviewing of bill of material, Assembly, fabrication of drawing.
  • Proper documentation of stress package.
  • MTO Summary preparation.
  • Critical Line List and System Formation.
  • Preparation of Load Cases.
  • Basic Knowledge of All Pipe Supports their Selection.
  • Taking ownership of mechanical items like Valves, strainers, etc and seeing them through to completion, overseeing and coordinating build and test of equipment, compiling product documentation and operational procedures.


    • Education-

    • B-Tech (Mechanical)


    • Technical Skills-

    • Auto cad
    • Knowledge of Piping, Welding Fabrication.

    Experience

    3 years+ in similar field Oil Gas, valves, piping industry.

    Need person from Valves used in Oil Gas background.
