Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood is recruiting for Global Mobility Specialist.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with GM team members to deliver short-term impacting deliverables
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to resolve Tier-1 queries
  • Manage “high impact/priority” service delivery (e.g. offer, extension of assignment, etc.)
  • Provide support on, and ensure timely and accurate application of benefit changes, to the different international benefit plans
  • Provide support on, and ensure timely and accurate application of Annual Review processes
  • Assist in the development of workflows relating to streamlined administration
  • Apply document management protocols and procedures and ensure clarity and consistency within the team on how to do so
  • Manage and update new assignees’ records on HRIS, personal files and Payroll records in a timely manner and ensure information is kept up-to-date
  • Work closely with Payroll to ensure assignees, salaries and benefits information are accurate
  • Focal point for reporting needs, providing accurate and timely data for informed decision-making
  • Preparation of monthly reports
Skills / Qualifications:
Skills / Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and / or equivalent experience in a similar role
  • Minimum two (2) years of HR experience in a global organization with a minimum of one (1) year spent in a Regional or Global Human Resources Shared Services role
  • Proven experience in managing employee data and information
  • Understanding of workflow management across the Employee Life Cycle from Onboarding to Separation
  • Knowledge of global mobility practices and assignment services administration workflow
  • Proficiency in HR Information Systems and process automation
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Excel (e.g. pivot tables, VLookups, conditional statements, etc.)
