Job Discription

To interact with the highest echelons of trade bodies, chambers, institutions, SMEs and corporates to involve them with our trade initiatives.
To source, collate, and update data for our key exhibitions and conferences.
To co-ordinate with exhibitors and buyers for business matching activities.
To source and engage with vendors, contractors and logistic companies.

Incumbent Profile:

Should be fluent in English with excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills
Should be outgoing and customer-service oriented possessing inter-personal communication skills with an ability to interact with trade bodies and top management.
To be responsible for Promotion and Media Plan / Vendor Management / Buyer Promotion/ Production & Logistics.
Social Media skills would be an added advantage.
Qualification: The candidate should at least be a graduate. Management graduates preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years experience in operational and management functions from any industry.
