Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesExecuting client checkups at centers as per packages correct product deliveryCo-ordination with Hospital staff, maintaining cordial relation with hospital employees and doctorsMaintain good relations with Hospital to ensure Indus checkups get done smoothlyProviding good service to our clientsAssisting Indus clients at the centers, guiding them through the checkup routinesAlways be attentive and curtail errors in checkups before handTaking care of operational requirements (reports records)Operations related tasks - inventory management adequate use of material allotted by company.Maintaining and sending reports to relevant HODs as per set protocol or at times customized reports on need basis.IPD,OPD authenticationIPD Visits to be given to the patients (Medical as well as customer care round)Coordination with the hospital billing staff for billsCoordination with hospital for early revert on medical / technical queries raised by Indus doctorsExplanation of the billings break up (Indus payable patient payable details to the client)Collecting the necessary documents from the client during premium hospitalization.This job is provided by Shine.com
