JOB Description

Production Operations Manager.

PERSON:

Graduate: Engineering, Chemistry with PGD in packaging (IIP, SIES SOP)

Age: 30-35years

Experience: 5-8 years, expert in man management, planning, scheduling, result oriented, gravure

printing operation with full & varied detailed knowledge of gravure process & related techniques.

Process skill management: inks, cylinders, mechanical aptitude

Production management experience 3-5 years.

PRODUCTION OPERATIONS:

Managing the manufacturing operation for optimum productivity: manpower, materials, machines,

safety & facility management, planning, quality, troubleshooting.

Ensuring the safety, regulatory and environmental compliance.

Carrying out productivity improvements.

Production operations MIS

QUALITY MANAGEMENT.

Maintaining high quality standard; and accepted ’best practices.

Quality assurance policy, techniques, measures, management of Quality system and

implementation of Quality controls and QMIS

TEAM MANAGEMENT.

Leading, developing, training & monitoring the performance of the people to ensure efficiency in

operations.

PROCESS IMPROVEMENT.

Identifying scope for implementing process and technological changes to enhance the

operational efficiency.
