We are looking for a HR generalist for one of the FMCG client based out at Jammu.Experience- 3+ Years
Qualification- Any Graduate
Roles-
Responsibilities
- Payroll Management:
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
- Stay updated on tax regulations and compliance to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Compensation and Benefits Administration:
- Design and implement compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct regular market research to ensure the competitiveness of the organization’s compensation packages.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- HR Compliance:
- Stay abreast of labor laws and regulations to ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance.
- Collaborate with legal teams to update policies as needed.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to payroll and benefits.
- Address and resolve employee concerns related to compensation in a fair and timely manner.
- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate employee records, including payroll data and benefits information.
- Generate reports for management on key HR metrics.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in the performance review process by providing data on compensation and benefits.
- Collaborate with managers to ensure fair and consistent performance evaluations.
- Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Participate in the onboarding process, ensuring new employees are properly set up in payroll systems.
- Handle the exit process, including finalizing payroll details for departing employees.
- HRIS Management:
- Utilize HR Information Systems to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system functionality and troubleshoot issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR generalist roles, with a focus on payroll and compensation.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, compensation structures, and benefits administration.
- Excellent understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.
