We are looking for a HR generalist for one of the FMCG client based out at Jammu.

Experience- 3+ Years

Qualification- Any Graduate

Roles-

Responsibilities

  • Payroll Management:
  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
  • Stay updated on tax regulations and compliance to ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Compensation and Benefits Administration:
  • Design and implement compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct regular market research to ensure the competitiveness of the organization’s compensation packages.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • HR Compliance:
  • Stay abreast of labor laws and regulations to ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to update policies as needed.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to payroll and benefits.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns related to compensation in a fair and timely manner.
  • Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including payroll data and benefits information.
  • Generate reports for management on key HR metrics.
  • Performance Management:
  • Assist in the performance review process by providing data on compensation and benefits.
  • Collaborate with managers to ensure fair and consistent performance evaluations.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding:
  • Participate in the onboarding process, ensuring new employees are properly set up in payroll systems.
  • Handle the exit process, including finalizing payroll details for departing employees.
  • HRIS Management:
  • Utilize HR Information Systems to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system functionality and troubleshoot issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR generalist roles, with a focus on payroll and compensation.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, compensation structures, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.
