Job Description & Summary

A career in Risk Management, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to advance and foster integrity based decision making and conduct by PwC professionals throughout our organisation. You’ll focus on promoting and monitoring compliance with applicable external laws and regulations as well as internal policies and procedures to help manage PwC’s regulatory, litigation, and reputational risk.

Our Risk and Quality team identifies and assists internal teams to mitigate and control client engagement risks. As part of the team, you’ll provide advice to business teams within PwC on sound contract provisions, standards and approaches in accordance with PwC policies, principles and standards.

Advisory – Advisory Corporate – Quality (Advisory Risk & Quality)

Level: Senior Associate

Location: Kolkata/ Mumbai

Experience: 4-5 years

Qualification: Graduation/ Post graduation

Job Description

As a member of the Advisory R&Q Team, you will primarily work with the Quality team to perform review of engagements from R&Q compliance perspective. You will also be involved in multiple other Quality activities and initiatives being carried out by the team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out engagement compliance reviews to test adherence to certain aspects of R&Q policies and procedures
  • Coordination with the business teams, and other internal teams to get the required inputs to complete the reviews
  • Regular and timely tracking and reporting of progress of the allocated reviews and other related work
  • Support in executing various other initiatives done by the Advisory Quality team

Desired Skills:

  • Understanding of Risk and Quality management concepts and principles
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of sensitivity for confidentiality
  • Proficiency in MS Office, in particular MS Excel
  • Team player and good interpersonal skills
  • Good prioritizing, time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible, Ability to handle multiple tasks and balance a fluctuating workload
  • High levels of energy and enthusiasm, self-initiate and self-motivate
  • Results driven and goal oriented
