We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced YouTube Managerto join our team:

Position: YouTube Manager

Location: On-site

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement YouTube strategies to increase subscriber count, views, and engagement for clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive audits of clients’ YouTube channels and provide detailed recommendations for improvement.
  • Create customized channel branding including thumbnails, banners, and video overlays.
  • Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for SEO and user engagement.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop content calendars and video ideas based on industry trends and audience interests.
  • Analyze YouTube analytics and provide regular reports on channel performance, audience demographics, and engagement metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with YouTube algorithm changes, best practices, and trends to ensure clients channels remain competitive.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on YouTube channel management, video optimization, and content strategy.
  • Manage YouTube advertising campaigns including video ad creation, targeting, and performance monitoring.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a YouTube Consultant, YouTube Channel Manager, or similar role.
  • Deep understanding of YouTube platform features, analytics, and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of video SEO, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
  • Experience with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and YouTube analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas and strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging video content ideas.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
