Sr. R2 Architect

Qualification:

Bachelors/Masters in Engineering or equivalent

Responsibility:

NFR & SLx Management:

  • Define SLI/SLO at endpoint level and component level

Enterprise Architecture:

    • Review the solution, database and infrastructure/deployment architecture in performance, scalability, reliability, resilience and capacity standpoint and provide solution to meet service objectives.
    • Conduct Fault Vulnerability Analysis to identify lapses in addressing business reslience and provide solutions.
    • Implement Observability solution and infuse elements of observability into enterprise architecture through configuration or scaffolding patterns during development.

Validation:

    • Strategize chaos engineering scenarios pertained to application deployment.

Implementation:

    • MVP implementation or recommendation implementation support.

Deployment Strategies:

    • Participate in release management/strategy calls to decide the rollout plan.
  • Continuous improvement.
    • Particiapate in production incident/problem root cause analysis and solution identification for continious improvement to reliability.

Monitoring & Observability:

    • Enable SMART monitoring capabilities to the operating environment.

Capacity Management:

    • Provide infrastructure capacity guidance for the system in design.

Knowledge Management:

    • Create a knowledge repository with key learnings and solutions.

Thought Leadership:

    • Identify solution accelerators and reusable frameworks in service delivery.

Client Advocacy:

    • Report walkthrough and outcome based discussions with customer stakeholders.

Documentation:

    • Document release management and rollout strategies.

Process Improvements and Adherence:

    • Defining the standard processes and methodologies, socialize and make the team adhere to it.

People management:

    • Delivery governance of the team.
    • Supporting internal/external interviews.
    • Mentor community members.
