Key Responsibilities:-

The candidate is accountable for the development of channel sales & operations in the assigned territory to achieve desired organizational goals.
Responsible for selecting new & managing existing retailers & distributors in the assigned territory.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
The candidate is responsible to increase profitability, growth, market share, and productivity in his/ her region.
Responsible to achieve primary as well as secondary sales based on the formulated business plan and accountable for setting monthly, quarterly and annual targets for the team to ensure the targeted market growth.
Ensure optimum productivity of the sales team according to the designated targets assigned.
Providing end-to-end service for order processing from placement to delivery.
Provide constant feedback inputs to the Product Team on competitors strategies, new market trends, and opportunities.
Overcome objections of prospective retailers.
Coordinate for smooth execution of the order and complaint resolution to enhance customer retention.
Responsible for managing and developing his/her team in line with the organizational objective.
