Target audience: (B2B) - Corporate Companies, SMEs & other Business firms, trading or professional services in Saudi Arabia & GCC market
You must also be able to communicate in Malayalam.

We are actively seeking a Global Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at our company specializes in providing digital marketing, web design, ERP, and customized business software solutions tailored to empower businesses across Saudi Arabia and the GCC region. Job Description:
You will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth. Your primary responsibility is to chalk out and implement strategic plans to identify and engage potential clients, generate leads, qualify prospects, and ultimately close deals for our digital marketing and ERP software services. You will work closely with our management team to achieve revenue targets and contribute to our company’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
· Channel Development: Develop a network of marketing partners in the global market places
· Prospect Identification: Utilize various resources, including online databases, including online databases, social media, and industry-specific platforms, to identify and research potential clients.
· Outbound Calling: Initiate contact with leads through outbound calls, introduce our services, and schedule appointments or consultations.
· Needs Assessment: Understand the unique needs and challenges of prospective clients, tailoring your sales approach accordingly.
· Solution Presentation: Deliver clear and persuasive presentations of our digital marketing services and solutions, emphasizing their benefits and value.
· Objection Handling: Address any objections or concerns raised by prospects and provide relevant information to overcome objections.
· Lead Nurturing: Continuously follow up with leads to build relationships, nurture their interest, and guide them through the sales funnel.
· Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track progress, and report key performance metrics to the Team Lead.
Requirements:
· Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
· Proven experience 3 to 6 years in sales
· Desirable: Experience in sales within the digital marketing /software industry, Exposure to the GCC or other global markets also is highly advantageous.
· Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging clients and delivering effective sales pitches.
· Customer-Centric: Possess a customer-focused mindset and the ability to understand and address the unique needs and pain points of potential clients.
· Persistence: Exhibit strong perseverance and the ability to handle rejection and objections with a positive attitude.
· Team Player: Collaborate effectively with the sales and marketing teams to achieve collective goals.
· Results-Oriented: Demonstrate a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
· Adaptability: Be willing to adapt to changes in the digital marketing landscape and stay updated on industry trends.
· Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor, representing the company’s values and reputation in all interactions.
