Alcor Infotech Pvt. Ltd. was founded in 2009 and is located in Baner in the city of Pune in western Maharashtra.

Alcor is engaged in the design & deployment of Electronic ATEs and Embedded Systems based products & solutions for the Defense as well as Commercial markets.

We are an Indian design & manufacturing firm, registered with Defense Organisations like Indian Air Force (9BRD, 7BRD), Indian Navy, various DRDO Labs, ADA, HAL & ISRO among others.

We are also working on a number of re-engineering and re-hosting projects to replace legacy systems and make custom electronic designs for various applications.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and evaluate their requirements

Marketing & Sales of ATEs & Embedded systems products in Defense & Commercial markets

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

Set up meetings with potential clients and ascertain their requirements

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services at client location

Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

Prepare & submit tender documents

Collaborate with team to achieve better results

Job Requirements:

BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/B.Sc/M.Sc in Electronics & Telecommunication or Instrumentation from a reputed University

Proven experience of electronic sales in relevant industry

Willingness to do field sales

Proficiency in written & spoken English

Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

Fast learner and passion for sales

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Aptitude in delivering technical presentations
