Position: Sales and Marketing Executive (Female) Location: Delhi, India Salary Range: INR 25,000 to INR 50,000 per month

Job Summary: As a Sales and Marketing Executive at Jiwaki Lifestyle Private Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, fostering strong customer relationships, and promoting our products in the market. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales and marketing experience, preferably within the wellness or lifestyle industry.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and other stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to raise brand awareness and drive product sales.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website.

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and events to showcase products and generate leads.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients and customers.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of products and excellent customer service.

Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the management on sales progress.

Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in marketing trends to adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the wellness or lifestyle industry.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.

Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Proficient in using digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM software.

A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a passion for promoting wellness and healthy lifestyle products.

Willingness to travel for business-related purposes.
