Good communication skills, willing to work in 24x7 and exposure to global clients. JD is as below: a. Provide alert resolution/escalation, as per the agreed procedures b. Perform baseline data collection and initial analysis c.

Perform basic network troubleshooting (i.e. port errors, duplex, VLAN, link status, etc.) d. Capture the routers/ switches/ other networking equipment in network monitoring software e. Clear redundant and/or inconsequential events as required f.

Implement approved changes as per configuration management processes and procedures g. Coordinate with Network Team regarding network incident tickets through transition and/or closure h. Coordinate with Service Desk for network incident reporting and ticketing i. Liaise with appropriate circuit provider for outage/ problem resolution j.

Liaise with appropriate customer representative(s) for outage/problem resolution k. Maintain and/or annotate network maps and relevant documents as per configuration policies l. Monitor alerts on network device configurations in Network Monitoring Software m. Monitor network availability & performance n.

Monitor port performance of critical switch ports / links o. Monitor trend data p. Provide proactive fault detection & diagnostics based on configuration and threshold of i. Switches ii.

Routers iii. Security appliances iv. Voice gateway v. WLAN products q.

Scheduled Report Generation i. Weekly (P1, P2, P3 report) ii. SLA reports bi-monthly iii. MiM reports iv.
