Our team is dedicated to connecting talented professionals with the right organizations, ensuring successful placements and long-term partnerships.Role And ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Python Developer to join our team. The Senior Python Developer will be responsible for participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle and coaching junior developers. They will also be responsible for managing the junior development team in the design, development, testing, and deployment of ERPNext-based software solutions. The key responsibilities include:
  • Understanding the needs of the client and implementing functional requirements accordingly
  • Contributing significantly to the complete process of software development
  • Developing and writing technical reports for customization and development
  • Training new recruits and other team members
  • Collaborating with the development team to design and develop new features
  • Participating in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge
  • Supervising the testing of software and ensuring bug fixes
  • Writing clean and maintainable code, and documenting code changes and updates
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reported by clients or internal stakeholders
  • Staying up-to-date with new trends and technologies related to ERPNext development
Candidate QualificationsTo be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of proven previous work experience as a Senior Python Developer
  • Ability to write well-crafted, well-tested, readable, maintainable code
  • Preferably with ERPNext, Odoo, or Zoho knowledge
  • Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
