About the role

Porter is looking for an Influencer Marketing specialist to join our growing team. The ideal applicant will possess strong knowledge of the digital media landscape. The successful candidate will be responsible for, researching and exploring the right fit of influencers for our brand, end to end coordination from roping them into getting the campaign executed, monitoring & reporting the respective campaigns’ performance. The scouting of influencers will be platform-specific and would also include very niche video sharing apps like Josh & Chingari

Roles and responsibilities and expected challenges

Build a relationship with influencers for the brand.

Build a list of contacts (Repository of nano, micro, macro) that can help you on future influencer collaborations.

Creating campaigns around a unique vision, drafting the proposals for the campaign, and deciding on the KPIs so that you can measure the campaign’s success.

Draft outreach email templates that you can use for your campaign, reminders, follow-ups, and timely revert to the influencer’s mails.

Provide assistance when the influencer is creating content

Coordinate with the internal team to make sure that influencer campaigns are executed efficiently

Track the success of the campaigns and share reports.

Keep up with the latest trends on social media and within the influencer community.

Constant research & keep tabs on the influencer marketing ecosystem to ensure that you are up-to-date.


Expectation from the candidate


People skills – Develop relationships and network with influencers and internal stakeholders. You will be negotiating partnerships and will need to be able to properly communicate with all parties involved & make a judicious call

Master communicator – You will be in constant communication so you should have strong writing skills to easily construct email templates, as well as inter-personal skills when talking to influencers.

Able to multi-task – You will need to be able to juggle between various active campaigns, their performances, and conversations with Influencers

Knowledge of content marketing and social media marketing.

Detail-oriented.

Analytical skills: Mandate for tracking and sharing performance reports
