Position: - Sr HR Generalist
Exp: -5-7 Years
Responsibilities
The position would provide strategic HR partnership to one of the HPS divisions that supports the HPS organization globally. The position would be responsible for driving key practices across critical HR metrics to ensure AOP delivery and STRAP achievement, handle diverse responsibilities & manage key HR processes as a SPOC for employees on a day to day basis, design & deliver specific intervention addressing business problems on people matters. The area of responsibility will include Talent Management, Business and Strategic HR Partnering, Compensation Management and Coaching.

Key Deliverables are:
  • Facilitating solutions to employee and management concerns, developing and executing HR strategies, policies and processes and proactive development and/or coaching of leaders within the client group
HR Reporting & Analysis.
  • Assist in staffing delivery and drive success of shared staffing solutions, assist manager in talent selection .
  • Manage key Process and people .Own Talent development and execution, drive key talent retention & development efforts, ensure successful on-boarding including orientation.
  • Facilitates Performance development activities like goal setting, Appraisal and Performance feedback as per Honeywell Standards.
  • Contribute to the development and accomplishment of organization-wide business plan and objectives.
  • Ensure ability to anticipate human resource issues, concerns, and needs based on business strategies and internal and external.
  • Understanding and influencing business drivers and strategies .Consulting on employee relations and performance management issues.
  • Report, track, manage and analyze census and other HR data for area of responsibility. Validate integrity of HR data including job and comp data. Exposure to People Soft preferred.
  • Proactively facilitates and plan for organization design and restructuring based on current business need in consultant with the OD COE.
  • Conduct specific OD intervention exercises a to understand and resolve individual/ group level OD issues
  • Drive consistent compensation practices with managers including annual Compensation revision consultation, benchmarking all offers and promotions.
  • Manage eligibility & process for incentive plans and progression

Required Skill & Exp:
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources from premier B-school
  • Strong understanding of HR concepts, process & policies
  • Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to address performance bottlenecks
– Strong coordination and influencing skills
– Knowledge of business drivers / needs
– Able to effectively lead and energize a multi-internal teams to meet HR priorities
  • Ability to utilize MS office tools
– Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Business oriented thinking and approach, knowledge of finance and accounting to be able to appreciate business deliverables.
