Job Protrait :

  • Understanding of payroll activities performed for assigned Client.
  • Understanding of Payroll processes supported for North America geography
  • To process the US Payroll processing by meeting the obligations such as TAT & accuracy levels as specified.
  • Quarter End, Year End tax reports preparation & W2 creation.
  • To provide an effective and efficient US payroll service to customers, ensuring the accurate and timely payment of their employees salaries.
  • Respond to requests, queries and complaints from external customers in a friendly and efficient manner so as to enhance customer loyalty
  • Analyzing and validating the financial MIS (PnL Statement) on monthly basis and get it updated from Finance.
  • Track and review contract management with Project Teams and Heads.
  • Exposure to Project Billing & Invoicing, Contract Management, etc
  • To take an active part in promoting your own training and development
  • in all areas.

Desired candidate profile -

  • Candidates should have minimum of 1-3.5years experience in US Payroll and Should have prior America Payroll Processing
  • Any Graduate can apply with relavant work expereince
  • Should be Immediate Joiner preferred for this position
  • Should be open to extended shifts during payroll run as and when required

Work Shift: 6.30pm to 4.30am

Work Location-Sholinganallur, Chennai
