YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To create a sustainable partnership with organizations to grow B2B business.
2. To lead the B2B project for Gwalior city + Taking care of Business
3. Meeting different organizations from where we can grow our business.
4. Handling bulk sales right from support for product selection & onboarding till last-mile delivery.
5. Analyze the impact of B2B partnerships in terms of value creation for Decathlon.

WHO ARE YOU:
An entrepreneur who is passionate about spreading the benefits of sports, representing Decathlon India in different organisations in the Gwalior city. As someone leading this, you will be expected to display the following abilities:

1. Project management to lead the alliances from end to end.
2. High ownership to plan and deliver on the business goals.
3. Strong prioritization skills with ability to balance customer experience with business priorities.
4. Skills to work across stakeholders and functions to communicate, convince and deliver results.
5. Ability to think big on a vision while being rooted in constant execution.
