Position Title: Domain Trainer – Food and Beverages (Rural Development Programme)Qualification(s):Master’s Degree PreferredWork Location(s): Training Center Level – Mysore, KASalary:NegotiableKnowledge And Skills
  • Good and effective communication in Kannada, and English.
  • Excellent Computer skills especially MS office. Should be conversant with operating Laptops, projectors and other technology gadgets used in Training.
  • Must have at least 2 Yrs. of teaching skills and all relevant and related attributes.
  • Undergo e-SOP certification in Operations on joining the center
  • Prefer TOT certified on Domain subject/ willing to take TOT certification.
Roles And Responsibilities
  • Teaching and explaining, domain subject topics and maintaining domain lab in an suitable way.
  • Take internal assessments for candidates at frequent intervals and record the assessment details in the Candidates tracker.
  • Plan for industrial areas and ensure participation of employees.
  • Constantly develop innovative training techniques to make training more effective and interactive.
  • Manage and motivate youth positively. Ensure Candidates are aware of their weekly timetables and attend the sessions.
  • Identify and respond to risks that could lead to candidates dropping out of the programme.
  • Build strong and trusted relationships with Candidates from the start of their engagement with the DDU-GKY Flagship Program.
  • Management skills and documentation knowledge. Take care of administrative duties and handling employees, knowledge on mobilization & placements.
  • Computer skills, DDR reports, handling inspections.
