Voice Support Executive

Located amidst the picturesque mountains of Dharamshala, Development Logics has been set up by seasoned professionals, with experience in IT and ITES industry, having worked themselves with leading companies in India.

The company offers customer services and BPO solutions for its clients worldwide.

We are currently hiring Voice Support Executives to staff a voice process for our client based in the US. The work requires handling sales queries and voice support for our client.
This job requires candidates who:
  • Have good English communication skills; both written and spoken.
  • Be willing to work in night-shifts
  • Have aptitude for conversation and engaging customers over calls.
  • Be able to understand the customer s pain point and then offer a solution.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 10,000.00 to 15,000.00 /month

Salary commensurate to your skills, experience and cost of living in Dharamshala.

Work Experience: 1 2 years of work experience in Voice process is preferred. Freshers may apply for the position.
