Broad-based Responsibilities would be • Arranging cabs for clients/employees/senior employees from the airport to the hotel/ecc guest house • Arranging local cabs for employees • Assigning cabs for local taxi requests • Handling VIP travel • Chauffeur trainings, PV & BGV • Billing as per agreement rates • Verifying invoices and trip sheets along with supporting docs • Ensure employees have pleasant journey during their airport transfer/local transfer • Airport contacts in case of any assistance for employees and VIPs • Knowledge of airline and airport codes • Able to understand ticket and boarding pass details • Assist the HYD cab team in arranging airport transfers • Assisting employees in revising their itineraries • Ensuring vendor compliance as per agreement terms and conditions • City hotel contacts for client accommodation • Must have a fair knowledge of airport operations
