Role Description We are looking for a Technical Trainer - Specialist who could essentially run the technical trainings in the product set-up while supporting the team to scale up in the technical knowledge. You should be able to acquire technical product knowledge and transfer the same to multiple teams with a passion for training. Responsibilities • Acquire end to end technical knowledge on the product • Design technical training programs as per the unit need • Coordinate with the L&D team to run the technical training programs • Develop content and assessments pertaining to technical trainings • Handle technical training to multiple teams • Develop technical training materials to suit customer requirements • Coordinate with vendors and L&D team to make product training videos • Handle Hands-on sessions and evaluation pertaining to technical knowledge • Coordinate with Documentation team to convert essential documentation into training materials Required • Master’s degree preferably in Computer Science • Excellent Oral and Written Communication, Presentation Skills • Proficiency in handling MS Office tools, Video Recording and Editing tools • At least 1-2 years of experience in the training/administration domain • Capability to learn using internal tools
