We are hiring for MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) Business Loan Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small business owners and entrepreneurs in order to facilitate loan applications and oversee the lending process.

Experience:

Totally 5 Year in Banking sector

Min 2 year in Business loan

NOT APPLICABLE FOR NBFC

Responsibilities:

- Identify and prospect potential MSME loan clients through market research, referrals, and networking

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential borrowers by understanding their financial needs and providing suitable loan solutions

- Conduct financial analysis and risk assessment of loan applications to determine feasibility and creditworthiness

- Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all required documentation is collected and submitted accurately and on time

- Evaluate loan proposals and make credit recommendations to the management team

- Negotiate loan terms, conditions, and pricing with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and fair risk assessment

- Monitor loan portfolio performance and identify and manage any potential credit risks or delinquencies

- Collaborate with internal teams such as underwriters, credit risk analysts, and legal professionals to ensure compliance with lending policies, regulations, and guidelines

- Stay updated on market trends, industry news, and changes in regulations that may impact MSME loan procedures and policies

- Represent the bank or financial institution at industry events, conferences, and networking events
