Job Description:

CRM ActivitiesBudget Monitoring & Scheme working & Implementation & Inter Departmental Co-ordinationTo ensure proper working for Target / Growth scheme & Implementation of all such Schemes/ Activity are completed in proper way and reimburse in time-to ensure all the activities related with the Sales Promotional Budget are done as per plan.Co-ordination with all Service providers to monitor operational efficiency & preparation of presentations.
Periodical Market Visit To visit different depot markets of Central Zone periodically to gather marketing information related to CRM, Competition and BEI etc.
System compliance Goal 5.1 Demand Manager, Goal 5.2 Hierarchy and SAP Related Issues Forecasting the Monthly Target / Annual P&B working for the Central Zone on the basis of actual Plant Capacity.Comparison of Target Vs actual Vs P&B.Product & Segment & Region wise Detailed Analysis of the Target. Focus area to be developed for forecast accuracyBy ensuring All case related with SAP and Hierarchy changes will be done in system
Evaluation of scheme, if all data in place from Region - within 15 days for Bandhan, Growth, Special & Annual
Monitoring of Key ParametersMeasurement :Reports, Dispatch plan and monitor dispatches on Daily / Monthly basisTo Prepare, Analyses & Update industry data.
NCR Matrix Monitoring- By Analytical monitoring on possibility of improvement of NCR in Low Market Share but High NCR markets. in sync with RHMs
Monitoring of Key ParametersMeasurement :Reports, Dispatch plan and monitor dispatches on Daily / Monthly basisTo Prepare, Analyses & Update industry data.
Dealers / Retailers Trip & Dealer FelicitationAll operations related with Dealers and Retailers outbound and Domestic Tours and Co ordinations with Region, Travel Partners and Inter Departmental Co-ordination.All Working related with Dealer Felicitation functions and necessary arrangements / Services. Co-ordination with all Service providers to monitor operational efficiencyMeasurement :By Analytical Working on Lifting slabs / LocationsBy Sharp Co ordinations with Region/ Zone and Travel Partners



Qualifications:
MBA,Any Graduate,Post Graduate Pgm. in Mgmt.
