Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting issues related to mails (MS Outlook 2010,2013 and 2016)
  • Troubleshooting issues related of Exchange servers (Exchange server 2010 and 2013)
  • SMTP
  • Email receive/send connectors.
  • Email relay connector
  • Hands on experience with O365, Active Directory, Mail Flow Parameters, email migration.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Strong knowledge base on MS Outlook (all versions)
  • Good understanding of O365, Active Directory, Mail Flow Parameters, email migration.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, willingness to learn, team player
  • Graduation B.Sc/ BCA/ B.E (Information Technology, Computer Science)
  • If a BA/ B.Com/ B.E (Electronics & Communication) graduate, the candidate must have done MCSA/ CCNA course/ certification
  • Certifications MCSE good to have
