Hiring Agency Managers for Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company Limited for Sangli/Kolhapur/Ratnagiri/Sindhudurg locations.

We are Looking for young, energetic and diligent managers for Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company which is an insurance arm of Aditya Birla Capital.

Role: Unit Managers/Agency Managers/Sr. Agency Managers/BDMs

Role holder will drive:
- Identifying and recruiting new potential advisors
- Advisor onboarding and training
- Business development through advisor activation
- Achieving assigned GWP targets/goal-sheet
- Building strong agency network through relationship management
- Driving various campaigns, competitions and reward programs launched
- Ensuring advisor’s productivity and engagement with the company

Salary: Best in the industry (As per industry norms)

Incentives: On quarterly and monthly basis + Fast track promotions for the performers

Industry: Insurance/Health Insurance

Functional Area: Agency Sales/Retail/Business Development

Work Experience: Min. 1 Year of relevant industry exp. in Life or Health insurance for Agency channel.

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate
