Job Purpose
To perform Product Manager task for the Enterprise Business along with leading Business analyst, Solution evaluation, design, architecture & end-to-end delivery of the various opportunities within the Information Technology domain.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
Perform Product Manager & Business Analyst task for Enterprise Business Co-work with business team to create Enterprise Products and ensure that it cost of ownership is optimized as per business case. Translate business requirements into technical functional specifications. Engage with IT partners and evaluate the impact of technical & functional specifications in the overall VIL IT eco-system. Ensure all the business requirements are captured in clear functional specifications & explained clearly to the IT partners. Impact analysis & Prioritization of the requirements are fundamental task for this role. Which will pave the way for solution design and delivery. Assess accurately the in-scope and out-of-scope requirements and suggest business team for any commercial impact. If applicable Lead with supporting data & assist business in defining business requirements Engage with relevant internal & external stakeholders VIL team (e.g. Commercial, Legal, IT, Business, TSA etc.) if BA role requires discussion & workshop with cross functional teams. Always focus on end customer key benefits, evolve your skills & assist in defining apt functional specifications which meets the business requirements taking into considerations ever changing technologies. Take the sign-offs from relevant stakeholders to ensure that requirements are clearly mapped in terms of technical & functional specification.
Solution design & architecture Own the impact analysis of business requirements and lead the solution design task which meets desired result. Identify the right selection of technologies to build a solution necessary for a particular task. Ensure that the architecture is scalable and robust and is compliant with various VIL policies taking into consideration technology trends. Conduct workshop, regular discussions with business & IT partner stakeholders in the end-to-end solution design phase. Assess the risks involved in the overall solution options and propose the appropriate alternative after thorough analysis along with supporting facts & data. Take the sign-off of the solution with relevant stakeholders and ensure that there are no ambiguities.
Assist in partner onboarding process The onboarding of partner within VIL requires certain tasks and processes completion. Example commercial process, firewall ports opening, security audit, B2O etc. Assist relevant stakeholders (e.g. commercial, business. internal IT etc.) to onboard a partner. Ensure that efforts & costs provided by partners are well scrutinized and optimized before reaching out to business team or relevant stakeholders for business case approval & cost transfer. Assist in creation of BC, PO, NFA etc. for the commercial process of handling end-to-end delivery of Project. Track & monitor capex utilization as per approved BC
Drive end-to-end Solution delivery Own the delivery & prioritization of project phases as per the business agreement. Ensure that the solution is delivered as per the required specification. Conduct SIT & UAT along with relevant external and internal stakeholders and ensure that quality of the build is verified before moving into production. Ensure that release management is aligned for the RFC (i.e. production deployment). This task also involves setting up relevant environment e.g. firewall ports, security clearance, user logins etc. to be made available before relevant testing. Ensure that system throughput along with planned size capacity is verified before the rollout.
Lead Program management of the tasks. This role also involves managing the project from initiation till the deployment and if applicable go-live support. Ensure project timelines are met during all the stages of the project and relevant stakeholders are apprised on the progress.
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
Strong solution-oriented personnel with key focus on Technical Consulting for Business, building Technology roadmap, Product & Project Management. Leading Business Analyst task, Solution design & architecture & delivery end to end. Build alliances with relevant stakeholders to effectively align project deliveries. Awareness/Knowledge of below few Technical skills are desirable:-Technologies: Private & Public Cloud, NFVi, IoT, TOGAF, OSS & BSS stack, JSON, SOAP, XML, Nodejs, Android, Nginx, Apache, Linux, Kafka Databases: Relational & Non-Relational Telco domain: VoLTE, GSM, 3G, 4G, VoIP IMS, PSTN technologies.
Must have technical / professional qualifications
Must have Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in any Engineering steam.
Desirable if MBA as well along with BE/BTech.
