Minimum Work Experience Is Required

  • 4+ years of work experience.

  • Proactive, organized, focused, conscious, comfortable with ambiguity with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Excellent communication skills (English) and interpersonal skills.
  • Entrepreneurial by nature, know how to lead with passion and empathy and excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Ability to work in a low supervision but high ownership environment.
  • Should be able to update daily task on the Task Management platform.

What Would You Be Expected To Do

  • Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
  • To build talent acquisition models and sourcing strategies that serve the company’s resource needs adequately & build a great team.
  • To lead initiatives that helps create a world class team and set a work culture driven by purpose, performance, vision and fun.
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion.
  • An expert in the entire gamut of HR management is required.
