Job DescriptionAs an HR Executive at Square One Media Solutions Pvt Ltd, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our employees. Your primary responsibilities will encompass recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives tailored to our unique industry.
Responsibilities
Recruitment (60%):
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications and fit for specialized roles in architectural visualization and advertising.
- Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings to offer letters, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands in our dynamic industry.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, providing them with the necessary resources and support to integrate smoothly into our company culture.
- Coordinate orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with our unique business processes and industry standards.
- Conduct onboarding surveys to gather feedback and continuously improve our onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding procedures and enhance the overall employee journey.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and programs tailored to the creative and fast-paced nature of our industry.
- Plan and organize team-building activities, events, and recognition programs to foster a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with management to address employee concerns and implement solutions to enhance engagement and retention.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, with a strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices.
- Familiarity with onboarding processes and employee engagement strategies, preferably in a creative or advertising environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software applications.
