Roles & Responsibilities

Android Application developer is responsible for Software coding, Static Code Analysis, Unit testing, integration testing and Defect analysis & fix of android based applications in automotive Infotainment production program
Review your code and correcting mistakes before each application is released
Ensure that the construction and presentation of your apps are congruent with the project s standards
Collaborate with a team of developers, designers, testers and architects to ensure that each application is presentable and in perfect working order.
Continue to learn, grow, and help us tackle brand new challenges

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

Strong programming experience in Java and User Interface technologies with Object Oriented Programming design patterns
Minimum 2 years of experience in developing Android HMI / Application software for embedded products.
Hands on experience in
- Android application development using SDK / NDK in Linux based environment
- MVP architecture based HMI designing and development
- Android O/P/Q experience on embedded products
- Android messaging frameworks
- Android Services and AIDL/binder communication
- Android development tool chain (debuggers, emulators, compilers, profiler,etc.).
Proficient in source code version tools such as Git, Gerrit, Jenkins and static code analysis tools like SonarQube, Lint etc
Good verbal and written communication skills

Experience in Automotive Infotainment domain
