Scope of the Role: Responsible to manage the retail branches of a leading NBFC within the assigned territory, Responsible for the profitability of each branches, Acquire new clients for Gold Loans, Deposits, Wealth products, Retail assets and manage the collections as well.

Job Description:

1) Increasing the Customer acquisition for all the branches in the assigned area.

2) Service delivery and maximizing productivity to achieve branch targets.

3) Branch level marketing activities and brand visibility/ merchandising activities in the region.

4) Achieve targets of all products in various quarters as well as for the FY.

5) Ensure quality business in branches.

Ideal Candidate: Ideal candidature should have at least 3 years of men management experience with Banks,NBFCs. High preference to Local candidates with good exposure and base in Gold loan industry.
