Roles and Responsibilities


1. Maintain Call closures as per TAT - 100% in 24 Hours.

2. Work on Business Expansion Plans & Appointment of new BP’s.

3. Plan for achievement of BP revenue targets.

4. Customer Visits for Management Escalations.

5. Keep reviewing the knowledge of BP owner and his team on technical / soft skills. Identify their training needs and impart them.

6. BP visits / quality audit like Store / Hygiene & Technicians.

7. Attending and handling legal cases.

8. Maintain the MSL of service franchisee.

9. P2P approval against rejections.

10. Monitoring of SO visits and their attendance verification.

11. Educate BP’s on how to maximize their ROI’s.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Experience : 5 Years+

Preferred Industry : Consumer Durable/Water Purifier/Office Equipment’s/Service Support Companies.

Education : B.Tech / Technical Diploma

ADMINISTRATIVE / MANAGERIAL SKILLS:

1. Interpersonal Skills : Posses good interpersonal skills.

2. Managerial Skills : Managing the owners on the BP’s and assigning tasks to the SO’s.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Requires good communication skills apart from the command on the local regional language.
