Roles and Responsibilities

  • Type at a speed of 40 – 45 words/minute
  • Work with content development team closely, in developing the core products of company
  • Timely execution and finishing of projects as per deadlines.
  • Cross Team coordination and problem solving
  • Grooming and performance management of the content development team.

Take complete responsibility of day-to-day operations of the content development team Monitor the quality and standards as per the SOP’s of the company

  • Provide time-phased, qualified reports on achievements and activities of the team
  • Having a close watch on students complaint related to content and improvise the process based on the inputs
  • Helping quality team to resolve student’s queries related to content
  • Aware about latest trends in technology

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
