Role Description

To ensure Construction Quality of Civil/Structural, Mechanical & Piping /Electrical job of various ongoing project at TSK/TSJ/RM locations . Plan and carry out Quality audit & Inspection at site as per approved QAP/ITP, drawings, protocols ,specification/standards for on going jobs within the stipulated timeframe. Prepare daily & monthly report, maintain the MIS and presentation, log the observation in Q portal, verification of protocol /witnessing of field and laboratory test on sample basis, Preparation of RCA of major deviations/failure. Commissioning of equipment’s /system (applicable for Electrical/Mechanical)

Performing Quality audit & Inspection as per Field Quality Assurance Plan, Inspection & Test Plan. Identify the deviations/gaps during site audit, preparation of audit report and logging in Q portal /system . Preparation and maintenance of MIS

Review QAP/WPS/PQR / ITP

Verification of protocol , do the completeness and correctness audit

Monitor of test result by witnessing of various lab/Field test on sample basis and able to interpret the test result

Understanding/ Interpretation of drawings / specification

Conversant with all applicable standards and construction activities, Knowledge of construction visualization,

Experience in construction /Quality Assurance

Inspection of trail run (No load, load & Integrated) of various mechanical/Electrical equipment ( Applicable for mechanical & Electrical)

Knowledge of construction safety

Skills
  • Wide-spread knowledge on various applicable standards
  • Quality audit skill for Quality Assurance & Inspection
  • Should have capability to develop Project QA Manual, FQAP / ITP etc
  • Sound knowledge about constriction activities, various field and laboratory test
  • Capable of reviewing of various Quality report & Process w.r.t GA drawing/ Technical Spec/ Protocol.
  • Daily Quality report preparation, maintaining monthly MIS & presentation.
  • Prepare Root Cause Analysis & suggest way forward.
